Runn is not showing any speed although connected/paired with garmin watch and Zwift

    I have the same issue. It has been perfect for months then last week the speed would not be detected. I put the RUNN in the sensor speed  checking mode (LEDs did not switch as the treadmill was running) and this did not work either independent of ZWIFT, Configurez and Runcline on the Iphone. The battery was 93% charged. I try resetting the unit as instructed on the website. This did nothing. The unit would bluetooth connect and even provide incline data to runcline just no indication of speed. Strangely I then put power on to the back and the first time I did this it started work ! Yesterday the same happened again. This time it took an hour of doing the same test to get it back running. Again applying the power cable and wiggling it. Is there a firmware issue here or is the unit fault. Annoyingly it it stop working completely it would be a return to the ZWIFT store but it is so hit and miss when it is or not working.

    I have the same problem. From one day to the next I stop marking speed. And it does not allow the option to search for markers, it does not react to the click of the button. can it be for the last update?

    I raised a ticket and they sent me files to manually re-load the firmware and its all working fine again

    Try putting your treadmill up to 18kph for a minute or two. You don't need to be running on it of course.

    I have the same issue.  Lost an hour this morning messing around trying to get the unit to work - missed out on doing my run :(

    Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to reload the firmware please?

    I have the same problem. The Runn worked well, when I first installed it a three days ago. A day later, the Runn still connects to GymTrakr and transmits incline. But no transmission of speed. I did a factory reset. The firmware version was and is 3.1.8. No improvement with factory reset.

    I tried moving the Runn above stickers at all kinds of distances and angles. No response at all. Is there an independent way of checking the two sensors?

    wow, many people having same problem look like, mine too stop working after 6 session, no speed and cadence broadcasting both BT and Ant+, not sure about incline I did not checked at the time,can not get in to detecting mode, both BT and Ant+ connection established to Zwift normally, well, may took little longer than usual possibly, censer IR light is lit check thru cell phone camera, firmware 3.1.8 as well, runn just do not want pick up marking.

    Hi.

    The exact same thing happens with my unit that I purchased (zwift) a week ago. I installed it and it worked well in four runs and then it did not report the speed, I updated the version and nothing changed, manually I brought the device closer to the band and added one more sticker as one of the solutions that they present and nothing. Incline degrees is capture OK, but not speed. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
